Ingredients

  • 2 Green Apples

  • 1 Orange peeled

  • Handful of Leafy Kale

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1/2 lemon ๐Ÿ‹ or lime with skin on

  • 4 Cups of Coconut water or plain water. Adjust to your taste

  • Thumb size ginger

Directions

  • Wash the apples, cucumber and kale thoroughly
  • Peel the orange.
  • Cut the green apples into quarters, removing the core
  • Cut the cucumber into chunks
  • Slice the ginger into smaller pieces for easier blending
  • Keep the lime half with the skin on

  • Add to Blender:
  • Place the green apple quarters into the blender
  • Add the peeled orange segments
  • Toss in the cucumber chunks
  • Add the ginger slices
  • Place the half lime with the skin into the blender
  • Add a handful of leafy kale
  • Pour in 4 cups of coconut water
  • Blend:
  • Add a few ice cubes. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth before serving.
